Does Ortho Doc Assist diagnose patients?
No. Ortho Doc Assist is clinical documentation and workflow software. It helps you record, organise and print your notes and documents. Diagnosis and treatment decisions are always made by the treating doctor.
What do I need to run it?
A Windows computer. A microphone is recommended if you want to use voice-assisted notes, and a printer if you print prescriptions or handouts. Full system requirements are on the Download page.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Request a trial and we will send you the download link and activation details. You can use the Professional features for 14 days. At the end of the trial, choose the plan that suits your practice.
How accurate are voice-assisted notes?
Dictation produces draft text that you review and edit before saving. Accuracy depends on your microphone, background noise and how clearly you speak, so a headset or good USB microphone in a quiet room gives the best results.
Can I use my own letterhead and formats?
Yes. Prescriptions, certificates and handouts print with your clinic details, and templates can be edited to match the way you work.
How will I pay for a subscription?
Online subscriptions will be processed by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards and net banking. Online payment is launching soon. Until then, contact us and we will help you get set up.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel a subscription at any time and it stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
